DuelReels
Two wilds on a line fight. The winner keeps the reel and the better multiplier. This is the mechanic every other studio has been chasing since 2021.
The base game is part of the show. Wilds land, they can expand, they can carry multipliers, and two of them can duel — one takes the reel, you keep the bigger number. That’s DuelReels. You can even hit the cap without a scatter. Many players buy, because the two bonuses are that much fun to pick between.
Scatters split you. Dead is the bigger, rarer bonus — the one streamers clip. Wild hits more often and pays you on a regular night. Land both and you get Dead Man’s Hand, a mix of the two. Feature buy lets you pick a door. Hacksaw ships Wanted at 96.38 / 94.55 / 92.33 / 88.42. Stake, Rainbet and Gamdom run 96.38.
Slotsyn rates Wanted Dead or a Wild 8.5/10 on its studio numbers. Five years on, the dual-bonus choice is still the strongest personality on this site. Eastern Fury borrowed the fight. Mental goes darker. Wanted is the one you already know how to play after one buy. Try the free demo, then take it to a casino where your play counts toward rewards.

Based on the studio’s RTP, volatility, max win and features. Not a play test.
The Hacksaw that made bonus buys famous. 5×5, two bonuses that play differently, wilds that duel in the base, and a 12,500x cap. High volatility — and still the slot we recommend first.

Our take
This is for you if you want two bonuses with different personalities and you like picking a door. Skip it only if you already know Dead versus Wild and you want something quieter. If you want a newer expanding-wilds fight, try Eastern Fury.
How Wanted Dead or a Wild plays
Expanding multiplier wilds
In the base they can fill a reel and print. 12,500x is possible here, not only in the bonus. Rare — and that’s the thrill.
Dead bonus
The high-ceiling round. Bigger multipliers, longer dry spells, the clips you remember. Buy it when you want a proper gamble.
Wild bonus
The round that lands more often. More wilds, more regular hits. Take this if you’re grinding wager or want a longer session.
Dead Man’s Hand
Both scatter types together. A mix of the two bonuses. You don’t aim for it — it happens, and then the session takes off.
Feature buy
Pick Dead or Wild from the panel. Price sits on a multiple of stake and moves with the RTP setting. You’re buying pace and a choice — the return stays in the same band.
